In the quiet of mid-winter’s approach, as the world turns inward, we gather once more for a continuation of our exploration into the mysteries of the I Ching and the transformative practices of DeepMind Qigong. This seminar, held on Saturday, December 7th, 2024, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, offers both the warmth of in-person connection and the reach of global participation via Zoom.

 

Beneath the celestial dome where the breath of the universe whispers through the ancient lines of the I Ching, we will delve deeper into the Yarrow Stalk Method, perfecting our ability to cast and interpret the ancient oracle. Together, we will refine our understanding of the hexagrams, focusing on the changing lines that reveal the dynamic interplay of present and future, and the nuclear hexagrams, the hidden structures that hold echoes of the past.

 

Building upon the foundation of our first seminar, this session will also emphasize integrating the Five Vertebral Positions into your Qigong practice. Much like the five tones in Chinese music, these positions resonate with the body’s internal rhythms, harmonizing the flow of Qi and releasing blockages. Through these spinal alignments, we free the currents of life within, creating pathways for vitality and balance.
