Nourishing Yin is an ancient, thousand-year-old lineage from China. Sinuous movements replenish the flow of energy, nourishing the subtle inner body and the spirit. The great Taoist Immortal Sister, Sun Bu Erh, instructs the generations on how to develop and polish inner health, “If one replenishes a single grain of seed energy (Jing) a day, they will be rejuvenated.” This seminar is open to women and men.
